Before There Was Ribelle, There Was Aero Bowl.

Our grandfather, Sam di Domizio, owned and operated a bowling alley called Aero Bowl in Arizona, in a part of town most people overlooked. He built a place where the neighborhood could belong — the kind of place where everyone knew everyone, where families came back year after year, and where the lanes mattered less than what happened around them.

Sam didn't think of himself as doing community work. He just showed up, every day, for the people who walked through his doors — and over the years, that showing up became the thing the neighborhood could count on.

That story isn't in a brochure. It's in the DNA of this company. We restore homes in Northern Virginia for the same reason he kept those lanes waxed: because a neighborhood's soul is worth protecting. Not to extract value. To restore it.

A Honest Approach

As a family-run developer applying a hospitality mindset to residential renovation, we find homes the market has overlooked, restore them with intention, and return them to the neighborhood better than we found them.

We're not chasing ultra-luxury or competing for entry-level inventory — our focus is the 'Missing Middle': quality homes for the teachers, nurses, tech professionals, trades workers, and families who keep Northern Virginia running. And that same philosophy carries through to how we treat sellers — no pressure, numbers with logic to back them, just a fair, honest process from the people who'll actually be doing the work.

We're not trying to be the biggest company in Northern Virginia. We're just trying to leave every block a little better than we found it — one house, one crew, one neighbor at a time.
